Utilidad del Reibergrama para el estudio neuroinmunológico del lupus eritematoso sistémico

Resumen

En el curso del lupus eritematoso sistémico, se pueden desarrollar diversos signos y síntomas asociado a los auto anticuerpos producidos en esta enfermedad, uno de los sistemas que con frecuencia se afecta es el Sistema Nerviosos Central, cuya  expresión  pueden variar desde cefaleas discretas o persistentes, hasta casos de extrema gravedad de inflamación o infartos cerebrales; hasta la actualidad las investigaciones para el estudio de estas manifestaciones están centradas en la detección de los distintos tipos de anticuerpos antinucleares, incluyendo a los anticuerpos antiproteína P ribosomal, y a los estudios de imágenes dirigidos a identificar lesiones inflamatorias vasculares o áreas asociadas a infartos cerebrales, con esta comunicación queremos dar a conocer la posibilidad de utilizar el Reibergrama como otro medio orientativo en el estudio de las manifestaciones neuropsiquiátricas de esta entidad.
